1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) bewin888 account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If bewin888 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any balances therein forfeited, and the player's primary account may be permanently closed at bewin888's discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. bewin888 reserves the right to verify all registration information and to request supporting documentation at any time, including Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or proof of address.

You must not share your credentials with any third party. bewin888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorised by you.

You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to a bewin888 account must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. bewin888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform at the time of deposit. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification having been completed. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. bewin888 processes most e-wallet withdrawals within 15 minutes and bank transfers within 1–2 hours, subject to third-party processing times outside bewin888's control. bewin888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger its internal risk management systems.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the bewin888 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bewin888 does not apply currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Any currency conversion applicable to payments made in a currency other than MYR will be governed by your payment provider's exchange rate and fee schedule, which is outside bewin888's control.

4.4 Transaction Disputes

Any discrepancy in transaction records must be reported to bewin888 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. bewin888's internal records shall be deemed conclusive evidence of all transactions absent demonstrable technical error.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bewin888 bonuses:

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bewin888 platform — including but not limited to the bewin888 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to bewin888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from bewin888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bewin888 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused;
